Slobbering, panting and blinking in the dawn light, the latest weapon in the fight against poachers emerged from the belly of a Kenya Airways jumbo jet.
Packed in two wooden crates, Pension and Drastic, two six-year-old British bloodhounds, got their first glimpse of Kenya last week as they began their new lives helping to protect the country’s wildlife.

Brilliant news and great effort to send the dogs from the UK to try and sniff out the ivory and bush meat, hopefully other parts of Kenya and Africa will follow suit….
Great idea! I realy think they can do major difference. Working dogs are very great workers. They can work for long hours and extract big areas. They don’t work for salary though good treat from time to time is a must. They rarely have motivation problems. Plus they are very devotaed to their companians and their job in general. Good luck!
